Mi nombre es Miguel Angel Trujillo Herrera. Soy miembro de los buscadores en las Brigadas Nacionales y Estatales de Búsqueda.
Soy miembro activo y parte fundadora de Armadillo Rastreadores México Formadores de Paz. Estuvimos ahorita en la Tercera Brigada Estatal de Búsqueda de Personas Desaparecidas en Baja California en la ciudad de Tecate.
Más que nada me voy a enfocar a lo que pasó el día de hoy: el día de hoy la Comisión Nacional de Búsqueda anteriormente vino hacer una prospección. Esto es, el revisar el terreno, ver los límites de seguridad, los perímetros de la zona, ver el tiempo, los kilómetros, para así tener en cuenta todo el suceso que se requiere en estos tipos de casos.
En ese día arribamos al lugar aproximadamente a las 10 de la mañana todos (familias y autoridades) comienzan a descender de los vehículos y se ponen en una línea y trabajamos en dos equipos uno por cada lado el cual yo le comento al comisionado que viene de la Comisión Nacional de Búsqueda, le digo que si ya han hecho la prospección. Le pregunto que cuál es el equipo que ellos tienen para rastreos, al cual vienen dos personas de la comisión, sólo vienen a tomar fotos, documentar el caso parar pasar lista. La comisión fue creada por los familiares para que los supervisaran, es la institución especializada para la búsqueda y localización de nuestros familiares pero sólo vienen dos personas. Yo le comento que vea aquí los familiares que somos varios, como 50 personas, ellos son los que trabajan y ustedes sólo viene a revisar el trabajo de los familiares y documentar. La comisión cuenta con fondos millonarios, hablamos de millones de millones de pesos para la búsqueda de nuestros familiares y se supone que son personas capacitadas para ser rastreos y revisar el movimiento en el manejo de la tierra al cual los familiares ya han rebasado al gobierno, han rebasado las instituciones porque tienen más conocimientos que las mismas autoridades ya que ellos tienen dieses de escritorio y los familiares tienen dieses en terreno.
Para peinar el area no alcanza con todos los elementos que tienen la Comisión Nacional de Búsqueda que el cual tengo entendido son 43 personas a nivel nacional ante una magnitud de 73,000 desaparecidos que están confirmados con denuncias, más la cifra negra arriba de 120,000 desaparecidos. Solamente cuentan con 43 personas a nivel nacional ES UNA VERGÜENZA, a tal magnitud, le comento a él que donde queda todo ese fondo millonario que cae sobre la institución la cual ellos vienen nomás a estar sentados en el aire acondicionado, documentar, tomar fotos y crear una página en Facebook llamada Comisión Nacional de Búsqueda de Personas Desaparecidas, al cual solamente van a todos los estados a tomarse la foto y mandar el mensaje al extranjero que ya están solucionando el problema de la desaparición en México, y dejan a los familiares solos en sus búsquedas.
Ahora solamente lo que ellos hacen es gestionar la seguridad y la documentan para así maquillar cifras y maquillar el trabajo de los familias, con esto que pasó ahora yo siento que están humillando la inteligencia de las familias, el interés del amor de la familia por buscar los desaparecidos. Lo que están creando es un trampolín para buscar una comodidad y un hueso político a costa de nuestro dolor, siempre he dicho a diferencia de nosotros: que ellos buscan huesos políticos en lo que nosotros buscamos huesos de nuestros seres queridos.
My name is Miguel Angel Trujillo Herrera, and I am a member of the search team of the Brigadas Nacionales y Estatales de Búsqueda. I am an active, founding member of Armadillo Rastreadores México Formadores de Paz. Today were were searching in the city of Tecate as part of the Third Brigada Estatal de Búsqueda de Personas Desaparecidas in Baja California.
Today the National Search Commission was supposed do a safety evaluation of the area — review the terrain, check safety parameters, survey the perimeter and dimensions of the area, and check the climate. They need to consider all the precautions that are required in these types of cases.
We arrived at the site at approximately 10 in the morning, and everyone (both the families and authorities) began to get out of the vehicles and line up to work in two teams, one on each side. I asked the commissioner of the National Search Commission if he had already completed the safety evaluation. I ask him why there were only two commissioners for the site, and why is it that the Commission merely come in to take photos to document the situation, but no more.
The commission was created to support the families. it is supposed to be an institution specializing in the search and location of our relatives, but today, only two commissioners came. I told him to look around. He can see that there are about 50 family members that have come here to do the work, and the commissioners only show up to review the work that the families do and make notes on it. The commission gets a lot of money from the government. We are talking about millions of millions of pesos to fund the search for our relatives. Supposedly, the commission should have experts who know how to conduct searches, but unfortunately, it seems that the families have already surpassed the government in terms of expertise. The families have more knowledge than the authorities themselves. The government gets an A+ at pushing papers, while the families have earned A-pluses for doing the actual searching, with boots on the ground.
The National Search Commission has no where enough resources for the task. I understand there are only 43 commissioners nationwide who are tasked to deal with 73,000 officially disappeared people. The true number of disappeared people is likely above 120,000. The fact that there are only 43 officials dealing with the problem nationwide IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!! I asked the commissioner what happened to the millions and millions of pesos given to the commission — when it seems they come and sit in their expensive, air-conditioned trucks, documenting and taking photos of the work that the families are doing, and taking all the credit? They create a Facebook page called the National Commission for the Search of Disappeared, and the staff posts photos and messages for the world to read about how they are addressing the problem of forced disappearance in Mexico as they leave the families alone to do the searching.
All the government does is manage security and document the work that the families have done in order to take credit. What happened today made me feel that the government is insulting the intelligence of the families, and taking advantage of the family's love to search for their loved ones. They are using the situation as a springboard to keep a comfortable job and gain political favor at the cost of our pain. I have always said that the difference between us and them is that they are looking for someone to throw them a political bone, while we are searching for the bones of our loved ones.

私の名前はミゲル・アンヘル・トゥルヒージョ＝エレーラ。Brigadas Nacionales y Estatales de Búsqueda（ブリガーダス・ナシオナレス・イ・エスタターレス・デ・ブスケダ）のメンバーだ。私は、Armadillo Rastreadores México Formadores de Paz（アルマディージョ・ラストレアドーレス・メヒコ・フォルマドーレス・デ・パス）の創立メンバーでもあり、積極的に活動を続けている。現在、バハ・カルフォルニアのテカテという街で Tercera Brigada Estatal de Búsqueda de Personas Desaparecidas（第三回国営ブリガーダ・デ・ブスケダ失踪者捜索）に参加している。
今日の出来事について話したいと思う。今日、Comisión Nacional de Búsqueda（国営捜索委員会）は捜索場所の確認をするために先に到着していた。土地の調査や、安全性の確認、捜索エリアの面積の計算、天気のチェックなど、委員会はこういったケースに関して必要事項を全て事前に確認する責任がある。
この日、失踪者の家族や当局は朝10時ごろに現場に到着した。車から降り、一列に並び、二手に分かれ、両サイドから始める予定だった。私は Comisión Nacional de Búsquedaの担当者に、既に事前チェックを終えたか尋ねてみた。また、なぜ、今回委員会からは二人しか派遣されず、チェックも写真を撮る程度の作業だったのかを聞いた。委員会は、失踪者の家族をサポートするために設置されたはずだ。この組織は捜索のプロで、失踪者を探すことを目的に動いているはずなのに、今回は二人しか来ていない。私は、二人に辺りを見渡すよう言った。ここには50人ほどの失踪者の家族が集まって捜索をしているが、委員会の二人は、ただ被害者家族の作業を見物し、記録を取ることしかしていない。委員会は政府から巨額の資金を受け取っている。私たちの家族の捜索のために専門的な知識を持って協力するために存在するはずだ。土地の調査と捜索のプロであるはずなのに、今となっては被害者家族の方がその知識に長けている。専門組織よりも。政府は書類を書くことにかけては成績優秀だが、現場での作業については家族が満点を取っている。
7万3000人以上いる行方不明者に対し、Comisión Nacional de Búsquedaには、私が知る限り、全国で43人の担当者しかおらず、明らかに人員が不足している。しかも、実際の行方不明者数は12万人にものぼると言われている。それをたった43人が配属されている状況は全くもって恥ずべきことである。この組織を作るために得た大金はどこに行ったのだろう？Comisión Nacional de Búsquedaの人間はエアコンが効いた高級トラックで待機し、写真などの記録を取ってはComisión Nacional deBúsquedaのフェイスブックページに投稿し、国外向けにメッセージを発信するだけで、実際には残された家族が捜索活動に専念している。政府が今やっていることと言えば、周辺のセキュリティーを管理し、失踪者の家族が行った作業をうまい具合に写真に収め、自分たちの手柄にすることだけだ。彼らは私たち家族の努力と知性を侮辱し、愛する家族を探す私たちから甘い汁を吸っている。彼らは私たちの痛みを利用して楽な仕事を守り、政治的利益を得ようとしている。私は前から言っている――彼らが政治的利益を追求している間、私たちは愛する家族の遺骨を探し続けていると。
